The Parish Council, with the support of a grant from Groundwork UK, funded a re-evaluation of the conservation area within Holmes Chapel. This has resulted in a Conservation Area Appraisal and Management Plan, which has recommended increasing the size of the conservation area in the village.
This appraisal has now been completed and can be view on the Cheshire East website, which can be accessed by clicking the following link: Consultations in Cheshire East. Alternatively a hard copy of the Conservation Area Appraisal/Management Plan can be available to view at the Holmes Chapel Library from 5th June until 28th July 2023.
Residents are invited to make representation to Cheshire East Council before 28th July 2023.

22nd June 2023 - book a phone call appointment with the Conservation Office. Slots can be booked by emailing built.heritage@cheshireeast.gov.uk
