Have Your Say, It Really Matters

Updated: Nov 3, 2021

As previously advertised, Cheshire East Council have been working on a review of all the parish boundaries across the borough, and are now part way through the 12 week consultation on the changes they are proposing to make.

Your Parish Council supports the Holmes Chapel boundary changes to include the new developments at Bluebell Green and Dunkirk Farm on the south of Holmes Chapel.

You can read the submission by the Parish Council to the consultation here.

There is still time to HAVE YOUR SAY on the proposals - the consultation runs until 28th November 2021. Please help us in shaping your village for the future.

'Suggested additional comments/letter' for Holmes Chapel are:

"In response to the current Governance Review we have studied the proposals to include the area south of Holmes Chapel covering the Bluebell Green Development and Dunkirk Farm site and AGREE that this area should be part of the Parish of Holmes Chapel.

The sites are on the boundary of Holmes Chapel and naturally integrate with that community and should have an opportunity to have their views represented in how the community develops."
